About our Craft Fairs In the past, Connecticut’s Old State House has been host to unique craft fairs featuring talented local artists and vendors. Under new management, the Old State House is bringing back has brought back that tradition. This past summer during our free lunchtime concert series, several local crafters set up on the brick walkway outside the Old State House. This December, we are continuing the tradition with a hosted a highly successful Holiday Craft Fair held in our Court Room on the main floor.

About Us
The Old State House in Connecticut is located in a historic section of Hartford on Main Street. This area is the center of over 6,000 local businesses with more than 70,000 employed here on a typical weekday. We are easily accessible by free shuttle service with several bus stops located nearby. You will be amazed at how bustling and exciting our location can be if you visit the OSH during normal business hours.

Location
During the summer months, our craft fairs take place outdoors on the lawn area and on the brick walkway between the lawn and the Old State House. To coincide with our Summer Lunchtime Concert Series, we have hosted a few crafters on the brick walkway between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

For this coming holiday season, we are holding a craft fair in the Court Room on the main floor of the Old State House. This craft fair will take place on Monday December 14th through Wednesday December 16th , from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.

For those of you unfamiliar with downtown Hartford, the Old State House is bordered by Main Street to the north, Central Row to the west and State House Square to the east. We are close to some unique landmarks, as well. The OSH is located diagonally across from the Gold Building on Main Street; diagonally across from Constitution Plaza on Market Street; and across from Travelers on Central Row.
